Wiped is a first person exploration/mystery game about the sole survivor in a car crash.
The player has to explore a nearby house, with the hope of remembering what happened, and why it happened.
Was made by a group of 5 as part of masters degree coursework.
This was my first foray into 3D game design and programming.
In terms of game design - which depended on the player stumbling across a non-linear set of clues, we had to continuously user-test and iterate on subtly making them follow a path we desired through level design, in order to string together the clues in a meaningful way.
In terms of programming (lead), this was the first time I programmed with the additional Z co-ordinate, as well as my first time with Unity3D and C# - so I had to adapt to both. I also had to experiment with lighting to get the desired effects.
